March 29, 2017 - LITTLE ROCK, AR - The program and speakers for the 2017 Food Safety Conference has been finalized with Cory Hedman, Vice President, QA/Food Safety of Meijer Supermarkets as the retail keynote speaker and Ernie Meier, Director of Quality, Poultry Supply Chain of McDonalds as the food service keynote speaker.
The conference is scheduled for April 12-13 at the Hilton Branson Convention Center in Branson Missouri. The two-day conference will highlight food safety issues through the farm to the table focusing on topics specific to the broiler and turkey industry. Attendees will participate in presentations from food safety experts in the industry, academia and government, as well as collaborate with colleagues regarding current challenges.
The Food Safety Conference continues to gain national recognition with speakers and attendees from across the nation, and TPF wants you to be a part of the experience and receive critical information regarding live production, regulatory issues, plant interventions and emerging topics.
