Little Rock, AR – The Poultry Federation (TPF) presented Tim Scott, Partner in Clearview Enterprises with the 2018 Salesmen of the Year Award (Live) and Preston Stiles of Conveyor Technology with the 2018 Salesmen of the Year Award (Processing) at the 59th Annual Poultry Festival held June 15-16 in Rogers, Arkansas.

Tim Scott has been involved in animal agriculture since he attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He has worked for at least three other companies until 2004 when he became a partner in Clearview Enterprises. 

The mission of Clearview Enterprises is “dedication to delivering the highest quality products and customer service that can be offered with a sense of pride, friendliness and genuine concern, while operating with honest and integrity.” 

Scott has served on TPF’s Board of Directors, the Federations Scholarship Committee and is an active participant in TPF’s annual meetings. 
He is married to Cammie and they have 2 children, Sid and Sam. Scott and his family reside in Tontitown, Arkansas.

Preston Stiles has over 16 years of industry experience with a level of expertise that has allowed him to understand the budgetary and inventory control challenges facing his customers. Stiles brings the best services and solutions to his clients. He constantly works with factory engineers to provide input from the industries he serves in an effort to help improve the products and stay informed on the latest advancements.

Stiles has served on The Poultry Federation Board of Directors, the Federations Scholarship Committee and Allied Industries Scholarship Auction. He is also one of the logistics coordinators for the festival and has done this every year we have been in Rogers. When he is not serving clients, he likes to showcase his Louisiana ties by preparing some of the South’s best jambalaya for family, friends and customers.

He is married to Kim and they have 3 children, A.J., Andrew and Lexi. Stiles and his family reside in Conway, Arkansas. 

The Salesmen of the Year Award is presented annually by TPF to recognize the contributions of the associations allied members to the poultry and egg industry. Allied members are comprised of companies that provide products and services to the industry. The annual award has been presented to over 55 individuals since 1968. The 2018 award was presented by Marvin Childers, President of The Poultry Federation.
