May 28, 2021 - Little Rock, AR - The Poultry Federation (TPF) presented Sean Schader, South Central Sales Manager for Adisseo with the 2021 Salesmen of the Year Award at the 61st Annual Poultry Festival held May 28-29 in Rogers, Arkansas.
Sean received his Bachelor of Science in Poultry Science from the University of Arkansas. After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2003, Sean began working in the poultry industry. Sean has worked for Cargill, Cal-Maine, Vital Farms and now Adisseo.
When the pandemic started to spread across the nation, Sean called the federation and wated to partner with us to do something to help the industry. He packed and mailed masks and hand sanitizer that included a co-branded message from Adisseo and TPF to encourage everyone that we were all "in this together". The co-branded package and note of encouragement was mailed out to representatives of TPF's poultry company members.
Sean was instrumental in the success of the scholarship aution by donating several items to the silent auction. He also served as a runner at the 25th Annual Allied Industries Scholarship Auction. Sean is always looking for ways to be involved at The Federation.
Sean is married to Nichole and they have two children, Morgan and Ella.

The Salesmen of the Year Award is presented annually by TPF to recognize the contributions of the associations allied members to the poultry and egg industry. Allied members are comprised of companies that provide products and services to the industry. The annual award has been presented to over 55 individuals since 1968. The 2021 award was presented by Marvin Childers, President of The Poultry Federation.
The Poultry Federaiton is a trade association representing the poultry and egg industry in Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. The federation promotes and portects the interests of the industry and provides a unified voice for governmental affairs. The Poultry Federation is based in Little Rock, AR., and has operational offices in Jefferson City, MO., and Oklahoma City, OK.
