First Financial Bank has announced the promotions of Matt Garrett, Bryan McDuffie, Scott McKennon and Adam Tinsley in their Arkansas poultry loan production offices.
Matt Garrett was promoted to Senior Vice President of the Fayetteville poultry loan production office. He joined FFB in 2011. He is passionate about serving new and existing customers in Northwest Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
Bryan McDuffie was promoted to Senior Vice President of the El Dorado poultry loan production office. He joined FFB in 2015 and
has helped grow the FFB poultry division in South Arkansas and North Louisiana. His experience and commitment to detail allow him to provide his clients with the best financial solutions.
Scott McKennon was promoted to Senior Vice President of the Mena and Morrilton poultry loan production offices. He joined the FFB in 2015 and has 43 years of experience in agricultural lending. Raised on a row crop and cattle farm, Scott gained a passion for agriculture. He puts his passion to work serving customers in Central Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
Adam Tinsley was promoted to Assistant Vice President of the El Dorado poultry loan production office. He joined FFB in 2010 and has served many roles, from a teller, branch manager, and loan officer. He’s now tasked with helping poultry farmers with financing to grow their operations.
