Assistant/Associate Professor - Animal Nutrition

University of Arkansas - Fayetteville, AR

This Assistant or Associate Professor position will be 80% research and 20% teaching in the poultry nutrition and/or feed milling area. Successful candidates will be placed on a 12-month tenure track with current supplemental development efforts ongoing. 

The successful candidate will be expected to develop an extramurally funded research program around poultry nutrition and/or poultry feed milling or manufacturing. They must be able to direct and advise graduate students and have an interest in teaching poultry nutrition or poultry feed manufacturing/feed milling at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The successful candidate will supervise a research program with an emphasis on poultry nutrition or feed manufacturing.

Excellent opportunities exist for active collaboration with current faculty within the Center of Excellence for Poultry Science as well as faculty from the Department of Animal Science and other units in Bumpers College and the U of A System Division of Agriculture.
